I am a firm believer that we need a spiritual revolution during this particular time in history in order for our species to move forward while retaining our wonderful humanity; to live together in peace, love, wellness, prosperity, abundance and joy. Any challenge one faces in their life: whether it’s in one’s personal or professional relationships, health etc. presents us with an opportunity to grow; to unearth our unhealed trauma and incorporate our shadow side into our consciousness so we are no longer held back by ancestral, familial traumas and limiting beliefs; but we instead not only thrive in our own lives but we can help lift up those around us near and far to do the same. As I say in my book: ‘it’s an inside job’ inner work is the key that unlocks the way to all that a person can be.
